浅显易懂，写的内容都非常实用且非常重要，并且都告诉了你为什么这么做的原因。虽然不是所有方法都适合所有人，但是Lady Luck favors those who try. 自己正在尝试书中的一些方法，虽然效率上还没有明显提升，但是信心和心境都好了不少。如果高中的时候看了这本书，大概就不会羡慕那些没做多少题却有好成绩的人，也不会这么压抑了吧。
大脑使用手册，良心推荐
在coursera上开设learning how to learn的教授babara oakley写的一本书。中文版书名更贴切，其实这是本讲学习方法的。书里面提到的观点和研究结论并不新，很多认知科学或教育相关的书都提到过，但本书基于如何更有效率的学习做了一个很好的汇总。
