每一个risk的基本阐述逻辑是：**精英在某个部门做出了杰出贡献，某个部门对于整个美国的社会经济发展不可或缺，而Trump团队却对此不够重视。。。
感觉，写跟金融不相关的的有点看不下去…当然题材还是不错的，我们不知道的风险才是最致命的，
跟风读这么政治的书(川帝无意之中把我变成了political junkie), 最大的收获就是发现美帝行政部门好多“名不符实”，比如能源部不关心本国电力系统而忙于追踪世界核原料的来龙去脉；农业部很大部分经费用于发放免费午餐，另外负责把机场附近的加拿大鹅轰走；最绝的是商业部不可以和business打交道，而是负责收集各种数据，所以气象局归商业部管。这本书主题倒川，不过读下来感觉更像是为政府职员歌功颂…
作为世界上最庞大也最强大的机构，美国政府的隐患如何产生自内部。就像科幻/文革里人类自毁装置被打开了，第一章可谓步步惊心，完全可以当成政治悬疑来看，只不过书里所讲的事情是真的。后几章节奏略有松弛，不然可以给五星
