作者的写作水平有限,加大阅读难度。说的一些内容还是有用的,可以成为自己学习方法论的一部分。书中叙述了大量的心理认知实验,读时想到,书籍文章面向大众还是面向专门学习者的一个重要区别是,大量论点之外有没有更多的论据支撑。

我觉得点都特别好,但是做一个Brief就很好了,为什么要搞的这么臭又长?

为什么大篇幅都是给小孩和老师的建议??

列了非常多的例证,类似于文献综述。其中回忆法和自测法以及间隔时间学习法都是我非常推崇的。读完一段心中默默回忆,要比再回头去看要高效的多。
