目前为止听的最顺畅的电子书了，大概是因为讲的语言很简单易懂，还举了一个生动的例子。主要的核心在于，当一个人想创业的时候，最初他需要同时扮演创业者，管理者和技术人员。而创业者的特点是，能够想出一个可行，有效，并且不会累坏自己的商业模式，甚至是让其脱离了自己也能完美的运行下去。我觉得这个是个目标，但是太过理想化了吧。比如我就没办法想出来，我的淘宝店怎么可以不需要我自己干活就可以帮我挣钱。

自己读的第一本商业相关书籍，作为一个搞硬件的程序员，感觉自己商业这部分的知识欠缺的太多了，系统是关键，看过作者在youtube上的一个讲座，里面讲到school bus test，就是说如果哪天你出门被校车撞死了，你的公司还能正常运转，就说明你经营的很成功，哈哈，所以重点不是人，而是制度和系统，看了很受启发
