S.N.葛印卡（S.N.Goenka），祖籍印度，1924年出生于缅甸，是一位遵照缅甸已故佛教大师乌巴庆长者传统的内观传授老师。l955年，葛印卡开始跟随乌巴庆长者学习内观技巧。后经乌巴庆长者长达十四年的指导，葛印卡于1969年开始移居印度传授内观法门。 葛印卡在印度及其他东、西方国家传授了三百多个课程，学生数以万计。自从印度开始传授课程以来，先后在世界各地成立了内观中心。1982年起，葛印卡开始委任助理老师协助他指导课程，以应付课程日益增长的需求。 葛印卡所传授的内观方法，体现出佛陀时代的传统，深刻吸引了世界各地背景各异的人来修习。
