McConnell的另一个经典图书,可以说是包罗万象。印象最深的是关于项目管理者和项目成员的工作驱动因素的论述:管理者因为责任心而工作,成员则因为成就感而工作,指责项目成员没有责任心的项目管理人员需要认真体会这本书。

很好的书,虽然很久远了,里面的观点不一定不一定适用于当前,但可以看出软件工程领域思想的变迁;当下的敏捷研发流程,许多思想和这本书里的描述是一致的。
