比mck的实用多了

All you need to know about firm/equity valuation

Damodaran是NYU的金融教授，油管上面也有他的MBA等级的valuation课程。讲得非常实用易懂，看完这本书基本上传统金融的DCF模型就搞得比较清楚了。由于对会计的不熟悉，还是需要一定时间来理解和吸收里面的一些会计的概念。

当初纯粹是因为书小好装箱把它带回了国，这两天又翻了一遍，收获还是挺大的：）
