这是我们research那门课的教材，小组长很给力，书中罗列的方法并没有都看一遍，不过需要的时候可以回头查找，很不错的书，上完这门课觉得以前的调研都是糊弄小孩子玩的吧。。。

有一些方法过于理想化/理论了，不过整体来说还是很不错
