这是我们research那门课的教材,小组长很给力,书中罗列的方法并没有都看一遍,不过需要的时候可以回头查找,很不错的书,上完这门课觉得以前的调研都是糊弄小孩子玩的吧。。。
有一些方法过于理想化/理论了,不过整体来说还是很不错
