从完善的设计流程到细节的调研方法论，对于本专业学生很适用，比较新不过时，也很完整得覆盖设计的各个阶段。缺点的话，配合TUD的课程和项目可能更好理解，会有点乏味不好操作。
很有趣的书 就是不是那么详细 翻译也有点拗口TAT
