除了MSDN，真没什么别的可以看了。
读了原版中复印出来的几章，挺有意思
没看到太多的惊喜。 建议martin有机会出第二版时可以考虑加入些C++ DSL的内容。 https://github.com/whunmr/reactive_cpp
想法很好，但要真正实现dsl有难度
