随时拿起来读一两个章节还可以，集中的看完会觉得有点闷，所以给个三星半吧。不过我觉得，不管是不是要做老师，这本书都应该读读，对学生对孩子的教育，还有表达自己，都有不少的益处。我还会再读一遍。

Great book summarizes what the best college teachers do, and provides great insights on how to become a good teacher.

helps you change your attitude. 只是我为什么老是慢八拍，32了去读23应该读的书……嘛，读了就比不读强。另外如果教学是human learning这么大的事情那私以为是应该多发点儿工资。以前觉得做两份职业没什么大不了的，实感却越来越torn，原来是因为以前完全没把其中一个当职业，dual and equal attention听上去就不可操作啊。

从What the best college students do追随过来，很多地方还是很有启发的。比如：1.学生“学”比老师“教”更值得关注和评价；2.教书不是为了找出几个优秀的学生（有时候真的会这样），而是让所有学生不仅学到新的知识，还有新的思考问题的方式；3.如果可能的话，连微积分这种看似板上钉钉的死知识也能教活，比如让学生自己“发现”微积分；4.教师应该不断自我评价完善提高。说起来下学期…
