Concise and informative. The UK is an interesting country…
这本书把“法治”这个常在媒体上见到的词剖析得很透彻。不过学过些法理学，平时也算会去了解些这方面，因此内容上并没有太大的惊喜。语言上，毕竟是法官写的，英文虽然不像正式法律文本那么千回百转，多少还是带着“法气”。我读起来倒很舒服，挺喜欢这文风。作者仿佛灵活拿捏着英文单词，待感兴趣的读者去解码，解出来后不免畅快淋漓。
不仅要有法制，更是良法之治。
