非常好。客观来说不是醍醐灌顶,但是至少可以putting words on my experience last year,难能可贵

good and fluent. but for so. starting off, lack concrete and hands-on how to. for someone who know and understand it's preaching to choirs.

这里IT类的管理书确实不多,这本书基本都讲到了,挺不错

很棒的一本书,因为作者是女性所以默默加了一星~阅读建议是tech lead读tech lead+managing people,manager读managing a team+managing multiple team,之后公司文化那几章适合所有人群。整本书只讲technical managing其实是比较focused but constrained,可以搭配各种管理学教材阅读。
