观察了一下 最初80%以上的用户获取 并不依靠你把产品雕琢得多精细 比如滴滴 pocketmon go， snapchat等等 第一版都糙得可以了 之后可以慢慢雕琢 但一开始用户看上你 主要是玩法 包括 功能和规则 从这个角度讲 书里讲的是靠谱的 = =

这本书提出的概念很好。完成比完美更重要。先从minimum viable product开始验证商业模式，从early adopters推广到mainstream users，面向大众的产品需求会更加苛刻。初期不要把时间浪费到开发无用需求上，要关注早期用户提出的反馈，而不是单纯的数据指标。书中很多描写和我的实际体会都能对应上。对于做产品、运营以及想要创业做副业的人都有很大帮助。
