客户的不满不是因为败诉，而是因为低于预期。客户的诉讼需求（目标）决定了诉讼策略体系（手段）的制定——事实认定、法律适用、程序正当(+证据)、人性关照和社会效果。而体系越完整，逻辑越简单，方案才能越有说明力（法官不是一个耐心的听众）。
对论文写作方法的提升也很有益处。
看目录感觉就够了。着重看了oral arg.的部分，以后可以回头看写brief的部分。
