第二章还比较有意思，有我想看的东西，后面就开始列各种各自为政的研究结果了，不是我真心想看的啊…
写 Econ & Law Paper 的时候必备
简洁、明白，但是不够深刻，或者说是不够狠。拖着读它的这两年我对芝加哥派的观感也变了太多了，一开始叹服，到现在哭笑不得，做这门学问得有狠劲比如Bork / Posner，your approach is so distasteful you must take the lead to have unshakable faith in it. margin很宽，为我留下充足空间写批注来反驳作者，算一桩…
因为教授的原因，非常喜欢这本书。
