an amazing guy Tony is. The transaction between Zappos & Amazon is not explained well. Despite that part, the basic sense is there.
absolutely worth reading
听的有声书，大佬们果然从小成绩就不愁，烟花警报那里感动的不得了，把全部身家卖掉只为鞋店多活几个月，看的心里一紧，最后讲的企业和谐的价值观真的独特。
