莫·威廉斯

1968年出生于美国新奥尔良州，毕业于纽约大学帝许艺术学院（The Tisch School of the Arts）。为《芝麻街》等许多知名儿童电视节目写过剧本，也创造了许多著名的卡通形象，先后6次获得美国电视艾美奖。2003年开始创作童书，已出版10多本儿童绘本，获得过包括美国凯迪克大奖、美国图书馆协会年度好书奖在内的多项童书大奖。被《纽约时报》誉为“21世纪最突出的新锐作家”（"the biggest new talent to emerge thus far in the 00's"）。
