羅傑．道森(Roger Dawson)
2008年應邀來台演講，獲得媒體大幅報導。足跡遍布中國大陸、美國、加拿大、歐洲、紐西蘭及澳洲。創辦了完全談判協會（Power Negotiation Institute），是美國談判藝術領域最頂尖的專家之一。
本來從事攝影工作，1962年移民到美國後，才開始投身於房地產銷售。曾任加州最大房地產業的總裁，年營業額高達四億美元之中，有一千五百萬美元的業績是靠「談判」產生的。
自創「借力使力談判學」，許多《財星》五百大企業都請他訓練業務員。訓練過許多大型企業的主管人員，包括通用食品、通用汽車、全錄IBM與哈佛醫學院，更在世界各地舉辦過許多的研討會。
羅傑道森在1992年就已經進入美國演說家協會名人堂，到目前為止，只有60位世界級人物獲選進入名人堂，就連《心靈雞湯》的作者馬克韓森也只是會員資格而已。羅傑道森同時也是前白宮柯林頓首席談判顧問，處理了相當多國與國之間的談判，是屬於國家級的談判大師。
