那天看《法理学》里头Morrison专门提到德沃金的修辞力，想想真是如此。很多比喻乍看不可思议，再看就发现真是不可思议。
对照中文版看的。
德沃金承袭伯林对道德怀疑主义（相对主义、决定论etc）的批驳、对自由—责任的肯定，却由多元走向一元。
重读了内在怀疑论和interpretation部分的内容。
真的没人觉得写的有点啰嗦么……
