Brené Brown, PhD, LMSW, is a research professor at the University of Houston, where she holds the Huffington Foundation–Brené Brown Endowed Chair at the Graduate College of Social Work. 看了Brene在TED上的演讲，买了这本新书来读，很受启发，她的书写得比较能触及心理底层的恐惧和情感，然后有条理的告诉我们怎么去接受它并且走出舒适区。我喜欢她的这本书。

2022_18 读不完小说，也读不完职场辅导。直面自己，打开内心，面对脆弱，才能更坚强。这一年在工作中我一直没做到，面对别人的防备心的做法是高高的立起了自己的防备心；面对别人的失败沟通方式我的做法是直接不去沟通。审视自己简单，勇敢的去改变太难。什么都不去做看起来最安全其实是最不靠谱
