亚马逊在组织能力上绝对是首屈一指，逆向工作法、单线程领导、六页纸记叙文、抬杠者、WBR、管理输入指标、年度计划、S-team goals、薪酬激励，每一个管理策略都值得被仔细研究

废话太多了救命

讲 Amazon 内部组织管理的。用 6-pager 来替代 powerpoint 之前听说过，不过仔细看看具体的例子还挺有意思。Single-thread leader 这部分不太理解，是说没有中台的意思吗？
