Along with my therapy, the book has an end, so does my therapy ?

三心二意听完的,本来自己也没有做咨询师的打算,刚开头发现这本书全部都是给心理咨询师的建议也就没有打算认真对待。不过听着听着突然意识到,原来心理咨询师才是这个世界上最顶尖的人际关系高手,他们有本事和各种各样的人建立真诚、安全、开放的关系,能够打开根深蒂固的心结,能够在亲密关系中帮助人改变。而且心理治疗师和病人建立的关系还是在(一般来说)没有荷尔蒙辅助的情况下做到的,要是把心理咨询师这套在人际交往中改…

存在主义,
没有整体的框架,体验,所以读来收获不大
