很真实，但是都是能够想象到的状态，有更多的期待，但是实际上没有什么震撼之处。上罗老师的课跟书里的状态差不多，有很可怕也没那么可怕。很可惜，整本书的描述没有什么特别之处，对我来说都像流水账。
