科普的部分已经在其它书里见过了，传记的部分又不是很有意思。
should be the code breakers. 一开始是抱着Bill Gates 推荐过所以想看，不得不说有点失望。但是看到Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation 资助了以后就也没那么意外了。
除了学习科学知识 还借鉴得到成功科学家的品质 追求卓越注重合作然而又能严格管理自己的时间界限 生命科学的魅力 疫情初期紧锣密鼓的研究与疫苗开发 意外还有1984 vs. Brave New World这一对比重现 虽然有主POV CRISPR学术之争的叙述个人感觉尚且公正 希望能多收集一些行家线报实验室风云!
我并不很喜欢沃尔特.艾萨克森，以前看过其乔布斯传（中文），达芬奇传（有声书），总的来说，中规中矩。
然就本书而言，通过传记故事的方式，学到很多生化知识，体验象牙塔里的科研生活，还是很有收获。
最难忘怀的情节是他对Watson和其儿子的访问，可惜太短，毕竟是枝节。
人物传记，尽管是著名人物，要写出史诗感，张力十足也不容易。
