He is President of the Society for Computers and IT Adviser to the Lord Chief Justice. He holds professorships at Oxford University, UCL, Strathclyde University, and Gresham College. 这居然是快十年前的书了…真是满篇大实话！昨天还特意把作者的讲座找出来，发现欧美这些卖idea的人长得总是比较presentable…看起来很聪明的样子，说什么我都会信
其实有察觉到本书中的一些趋势已经落地，比如有些方面的法律服务有了专门的公司来提供，专业数据库、标准化合同、翻译、财产线索查询、线上法院……但感到割裂的是还是身处旧有的、传统的范式，技术并未真正将低年级律师从琐碎、程序化、行政化的事务中解放出来，而会在相当长一段时间内依然被认为是习得执业经验的必经之路。虽然经验的积累依靠切身的实践，但在埋头苦干之余，也应将目光投向远处看看应往何处去吧。有时觉得本书提…
