描述出来的感觉就像另一个我。可是作者有Andrea啊！！！
对depression的心理状态描写很真实可信，哪怕没有经历过看着也很难受，有些部分甚至能找到同感，但并不觉得作者回答了书名的问题，对治愈的过程也没有详细的描述，作者还是太幸运，有个不离不弃照顾他那么多年的女友。对药物治疗的态度存疑。
几百年没有一口气读完一本书了!!!!!!!!!!!
因为语法单词比较简单为了学英语读的。典型畅销书没啥干货，很多篇拉单子玩花样糊弄事，不是说不可以，但那种东西写在自己博客里网上转发一下就可以了，没有必要出书。关于抑郁症讲得完全浮于表面，既没有深挖自己的经历，遗传的话患病也要有个trigger吧？讲的办法也都是些“晒太阳”之类的治标不治本的东西（但看书瑜伽还是有效果的）。刚读完《toxic parents》（《原生家庭》）如果因为家庭原因抑郁寻求帮助…
